The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good. The location is right on the ECR. There’s no parking facility, so we had to leave our cars on the roadside.

A lovely family resort in pondicherry, with a pleasant swimming pool and postcard-worthy views. The staff were welcoming, and our room was spotless. Everything seemed thoughtfully arranged for comfort and luxury.

A safe place with great entertainment, and the swimming pool is completely clean now.

The way my concerns were handled was especially poor. When I tried to report what had happened, staff were dismissive and unhelpful, with no real solution or apology. I also had belongings that were either stolen or lost during my visit, which is unacceptable. The lack of proper security left me feeling very unsafe. Service fell far below expectations from beginning to end. With the security concerns, poor response, and lack of care, I can’t recommend this place. I regret visiting and won’t return.

I left my purse behind with some cash in it, and they got it back to me very quickly. Such great people.
