Marari Charlys Homestay

Having the whole house to ourselves as a large group would be a real bonus, since there are four rooms and plenty of privacy. It’s also easy to take a quick walk to the beach, swim, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. We liked relaxing in the garden and taking a few photos among the greenery. The homestay is about 200m from the beach, with parking available, and bicycles for an easy ride along the shore. The rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious, with books and board games in the nicely designed rooms. The homemade food was tasty, and they let us use the kitchen and provided ingredients for the baby’s meals. Great service throughout.

We went with our family for one night and had a lovely time. There are UNO and other card games to pass the time, and the garden and veranda are nice places to sit with family or friends. The rooms were good and the homely food was decent. You can borrow cycles for trips around the area, and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, which is just 100m away and easy to walk to.

The food was fresh, homely, and delicious every time, and the host helped arrange a backwater houseboat trip and suggested a great local massage place. We also kept busy playing badminton and cards, and biking around the village. The location is handy, just a short walk from the beach. We found 4 Elementis Marari Beach Homestay at the last minute and had an amazing stay. The rooms were simple, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, while the host and helpers were always ready to help. We’d definitely like to come back.

They put together a customized itinerary for me and my family, and the homely meals were super tasty. The beach is an easy walk away, and there are plenty of activities to do. We loved sitting on the lawn in the evening with tea and snacks. The rooms are decorated with care and artwork, with lovely colors, comfortable beds, and nice amenities. It’s an amazing homestay, and the price feels fair for the experience. I’ll come back.
