We visited Hotel Tres with my family while in Kalimpong for a wedding. The hotel was hospitable and comfortable, and the celebration and time together made it a memorable trip amid Kalimpong's beautiful surroundings. Since it was Sunday, most shops in kpg were closed.

The rooms and toilets were very dirty, with no hygiene maintained, and the staff were the most arrogant I've ever encountered. We had to stay at the hotel.

The hotel employees need to understand the importance of hospitality and service. DJ mam was highly unprofessional and needs to understand how important an event and family celebrations are.
