The food and service were awful. We waited almost 1.5 hours, then got stale chicken that smelled bad. I’d never recommend this hotel. The location was misleading: it’s on the main road and nowhere near the market. The property itself is decent, but poor upkeep and mismanagement have badly affected it. The premium rooms are acceptable, yet they didn’t have a basic electric kettle. We had to ask repeatedly before they finally provided one, which shouldn’t be needed for a premium stay.

I’d give this hotel at least four stars. On my first solo trip to India, Chief Sawrov and Suresh offered à la carte dinner options to suit what customers wanted. At the restaurant, Abishek, Nagin, and Gyalseh treated guests like princesses and showed us real respect. The manager helped with a personal request, and receptionist Soniya even walked with me all the way to the market to exchange money instead of rushing home. Thanks to everyone. Namaste. I’d highly recommend the hotel to foreigners.

Room service was good during my stay on 7-8 October, but restaurant service was full of problems. Food delivery was poor, and they brought bread one piece at a time, even though it wasn’t enough for a couple. I ordered dinner at 7 pm and arrived at 8 pm after asking about it, but still waited a long time and didn’t get my meal until after 9 pm. This was with 80% of the rooms vacant and only three families there. I ordered dessert too, but it never came. The overall service wasn’t satisfactory.

The stay was great, but there were cockroaches in the room and the hot water was a problem. Those issues need to be fixed for a five-star rating. Mr Naveen and Chef Saurav were fantastic hosts at the restaurant, though, and showed our family excellent hospitality.
