The AC in our room wasn't working. The manager kept saying it would be fixed soon and wasted an hour of our time, so we eventually left. Staff had no manners with customers and seemed there only to collect money for terrible, low-grade service. The experience was awful, and I wouldn't choose this hotel for a stay.

The service wasn't satisfactory, and the rooms are poorly maintained and not good. I wouldn't call this a good place to stay.

Rates are reasonable, and the accommodation, food, and service were all good. The location is strategic too, away from crowded cities in the foothills of the Kasuali Mountains.

The food was overpriced and didn't taste good, about 2/5. Room cleanliness and service were also literally the worst. We checked in from Andhra Pradesh and felt our belongings weren't guaranteed safe. It was called a three-star hotel, but I don't think it deserves even one. My suggestion is to choose another hotel; this wasn't worth the money.

For 1852/- we got two rooms for five people, with breakfast for all five included. Wi-Fi, parking, and room service were covered too, which is an unbelievable price. The staff were humble and welcoming. It's a decent hotel on the highway, and I'd recommend it to my friends.
