My stay was thoroughly disappointing. The swimming pool was visibly dirty, with algae growth, and looked neglected and unfit to use. The bathrooms were unclean, and the water supplied throughout the property looked untreated and dirty. I was also concerned about where the water came from and its quality. When we asked about it, the explanations weren't convincing and didn't address our concerns about cleanliness and safety. The property seemed poorly maintained and below basic hygiene standards. When I raised legitimate concerns, the caretaker was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling ignored instead of helped. For a place that charges for a comfortable, relaxing stay, the hygiene, maintenance, and customer service fell far short of expectations. The management should review sanitation, water quality, and maintenance practices before taking more guests. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this resort.

We had an amazing time at [River View Resort] with friends. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the pool area was fantastic. There were great food options too, including a fantastic one. It's hard to find a place that works for friends and family, but this resort got it right. We felt safe, comfortable, enjoyed ourselves a lot, and were well cared for.

A quiet, peaceful location, which is what I wanted. Just don't count on much hospitality.
