The road to this property is so narrow that a car and a pedestrian can't pass at the same time. We booked one night through booking.com for our family, my wife, our 3 year old, and me, while travelling from Kannur. I called several times, but no one answered. When we got there around 9pm, reception was empty. After waiting 10 minutes, a man finally answered my call and said all the rooms were sold out. He wouldn't listen when I explained how difficult that last-minute cancellation was for us. We had to find another hotel that night. Anyone wanting to stay here should keep away. Most of the five-star reviews here also look fake to me.
