The reception staff were kind, and the surroundings were very pleasant. We stayed one night in an apartment in kalpett with our family of seven. The rooms were clean, and we were also given a footon bed. The main drawback was hot water. There wasn’t a water heater, just a heater coil, and it took time to warm the water, which delayed us the next morning. There were no toiletries either. After we asked, they brought two soaps, an extra pillow, and a blanket.
