Capital O 64299 Hotel Suncity

The location and parking are good, though the open parking lot is dusty. Staff behaved nicely, but some of them weren't fully trained in hospitality. Since this is also a marriage hall, parties can make the rooms noisy. I wasn't given a chair, and in room 109 the bathroom door wouldn't close from either side. I asked the owner to improve these things. Still, the hotel is good for a stay, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and other parties.

The experience was awful. Service was terrible, several requests were denied, and the price felt too high for the few amenities provided. The actual room rate is much higher than the price listed on Oyo. Breakfast was poorly prepared too: they served bread and butter, but there was almost no butter on the bread.

The hotel is clean, and the rates are around 1200-1500. The staff are nice and helpful. It's near Barra Bypass, reachable on foot or by e-rickshaw, and the lobby is on the first floor.

A great place to spend time with friends. Couples can also have some private time here without interruptions.
