The staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help, and our spacious room was spotless and comfortable, with good views and the amenities we needed. The property was clean and beautifully maintained, with a relaxed feel from the moment we arrived. We had a perfect getaway and would recommend it for comfort, quality, and service. We can’t wait to return.

We were a group of 15, and the rooms and cottages all had good views and were neat, clean, and equipped with basic amenities. The setting was scenic and peaceful, with easy access to Kalapatta town. There was convenient parking, and hammocks added to the lovely outdoor space. The staff were very hospitable, especially Ajit, who was helpful throughout. The food was outstanding, and the barbecue, bonfire, and music made the stay even better. A must visit for a relaxing break.

We spent our winter holidays here among lush green tea plantations, and the food and other services were good. The staff were especially kind and made us feel at home. Thanks so much, Arun, for looking after us. We hope to come again.

The hosts were welcoming and polite, and the property has a beautiful setting and excellent views. We enjoyed the New Year’s Eve celebration with them and the other guests. Hot water was available throughout our stay. Still, we arrived for the 12:00 PM check-in and had to wait about 1.5 hours while the rooms were prepared. There was no food or drink on site, so we had to order from outside restaurants, which meant longer waits and extra costs since meals weren’t included. For the higher New Year prices, the arrangements felt basic. The washrooms were simple, and the shower in our room didn’t work properly. It’s a decent, simple place for peaceful surroundings and views, but not for premium amenities or a special occasion.
