iCon Residency Hotel

Hotel Icon Residency in Wayanad was a cozy, simple place for a short trip. The rooms were neat, organized, clean, and well maintained, and comfortable for the price. It's a great budget option that doesn't compromise on comfort. The value stood out most, since finding good quality rooms at such a reasonable price in a tourist place like Wayanad can be hard. A hassle-free stay and a good pick for budget travelers. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere affordable and comfortable.

The location is excellent, right opposite the Kalpetta Post Office, and there's plenty of parking. Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was small but very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were both spotless. Excellent value for money and a very good stay.

The surroundings were calm and pleasant, and the location was convenient, with shops and hotels nearby. There's car parking, ironing facilities, and staff who are ready to help with requests. I stayed at icon residency for three days and was fully satisfied. The room was spacious, very good, and extremely clean; the bathroom was neat and hygienic, with daily cleaning provided. The service made the stay very comfortable.

It's in a quiet, convenient spot, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a clothing store nearby. Taxis, rikshaw, and buses are easy to get for trips anywhere. The approach road is narrow, though there's enough parking. I've stayed here many times, usually in a single room, and the rooms and bathrooms have always been clean and well maintained, with regular housekeeping. The beds and amenities are comfortable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and there's hot water 24hrs. Staff respond quickly and are polite, and check-in is hassle-free. I'd recommend it for families or friends wanting a budget stay, clean rooms, and easy access to the area.
