Kannur Ayurvedic Heritage

I came for two weeks hoping to get help with migraines I've had several times a month for over 15 years. For nine years, the pain was so debilitating that I'd relied on strong pharmaceuticals. I also wanted a general boost to my well-being and to lose a little weight. This place came through on all three. The staff are all brilliant at what they do, from the doctors and massage therapists to the cooks and cleaners. It doesn't feel like a hospital so much as a community where people care about and appreciate everyone, patients included. Lots of people come back year after year, and I can see why. There's something special here. I'll definitely return, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I felt healed and nourished on every level.

Six of us came, my wife, in-laws, parents, and me, to explore treatment for the family. The care was better than we expected, with Dr Vinod Babu and Dr Jeeja guiding a dedicated team and making sure every little concern was addressed. We tried Kashaya bath, Shirodhara, Nasyam, and several other treatments, all delivered with a high standard of care. Ashwin, Vinod, Rosy the cook, and all the others whose names I can't recall were part of the remedial work the Clinic does. I highly recommend staying a good two weeks for rejuvenation.

After the Ayurvedic massage, I felt calm, refreshed, and completely at ease. Vijinesh and Rahul were skilled, attentive, and professional, and their techniques were soothing while still effective. The relaxing atmosphere added to the experience, and I could feel the stress melting away. My wife had an amazing experience too. I'd recommend their service to anyone looking for a genuine, stress-free Ayurvedic massage.

Yesterday my husband and I had Abhyanga, Sirodhara, and Swedana at the hospital, and we left relaxed and refreshed. Vasantha and Fousia took great care of me. Their friendly conversation helped us feel comfortable, and they were gentle and professional throughout. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference to the healing experience.
