Our children had a great time with the pool and play areas, and the thoughtful amenities helped make the family stay easy and enjoyable. Maple Ash Resort had clean, comfortable rooms and good dining options, and the team even helped us arrange nearby family activities. From the moment we arrived, staff were welcoming and attentive. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for making memories with loved ones.

Loved the mountain view, and the staff were so kind and attentive the whole time. Maple Ash is a beautiful place to enjoy time with family and nature ❤️
The team gave wonderful service, and the location is scenic and quiet, away from traffic. There are plenty of activities for younger kids, and the Christmas night event was fun and memorable 🥰😄. A few things could be improved for comfort and safety. The floor got very cold, so extra room slippers would help in winter, along with the option of extra wool blankets. More railings along the walkways and gathering spaces would also help keep kids safe.
Maple Ash Resort was recommended to us by a property manager in Wayanad for a short break near Bangalore, and the quiet green setting with hill views was lovely. There are four or five kinds of rooms and cottages for different budgets. Our room was clean and well cared for, with the team cleaning and sanitizing thoroughly after each checkout. Service was warm and professional from arrival through check-in, in-room help, and other assistance. We enjoyed both dinner and the complimentary breakfast. Dinner came as à la carte or buffet, and the food was tasty. There are sports and games for small groups and larger gatherings, so it works for a relaxing trip with things to do. The last half-kilometer road to the resort is more like an off-road track, though, and could be difficult in bad weather. Management could improve it.
The indoor games were in poor condition, and the public restrooms need more regular checks and maintenance. We stayed two days with family, and the natural setting was a pleasant break from everyday chaos. The restaurant had a good range of dishes, but you need to explain how you want them cooked so they suit your taste. The kitchen staff were helpful, and the view of chembra peak added to the meal. The pool is small but very nice, with no chlorine. In the rainy season, watch out for leeches. Their bites on our little kid scared my family, and we had to be cautious while walking around instead of relaxing.
