We stayed in August, 2023, and I regret booking this place. The rooms smelled as if they hadn’t been opened in months, and neither the rooms nor the awful washrooms felt hygienic. The sheets and pillows were stained. When the fan stopped working at midnight, staff didn’t properly listen to us and told us to make do with the AC. We were put on the third floor, and there was no lift because the hotel was still under construction. My grandparents have arthritis and couldn’t manage all those stairs, but when we asked to move one of our three rooms to the ground floor, they refused. We were charged about the same as at a luxury hotel and got the opposite in return. The staff didn’t listen, and we felt bluffed. Please avoid this if you want a happy, clean stay. I’m editing this to respond to the reply claiming I was from some company trying to damage the page on Google. Check your August check-in records: you’ll find our details and the photocopied ID proofs you took. Instead of covering up the truth, work on your service. Thank you.

I felt very disrespected by the hospitality here. If you’re not Indian, don’t stay. They kept disturbing me, knocking about every 10 minutes with a new issue. After taking me to the room, they waited two hours to say I couldn’t stay because I wasn’t Indian. They hadn’t told me that beforehand, and the way they said it was very disrespectful.

If you’re trying to tour the city for under 2k per day, you could go here, but forget hygiene. The rooms are big and the beds fairly comfortable, yet they’re poorly maintained. Mosquitoes will definitely bother you, and staff won’t provide anything, so bring hit. The bathroom doors were swollen and wouldn’t close, and the commode is in its dying stage. There’s no cleanliness at all.

They promised one thing and delivered something else, and there’s no proper staff to maintain the hotel. When dealing with guests, they show no professionalism. The place is filthy and the washrooms are awful. They even gave us an extra mattress without a bedcover or pillows. Better to avoid it.

We paid 2600rupees for a four bed room and got almost nothing for it. The property is still under construction, the room was full of dust, and there was only one power outlet. The washroom was dripping and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. This may be the worst hotel in all of Varanasi. I wouldn’t stay here.
