They made my stay comfortable and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. Truly great service.

Our room had been given to someone else, and there was a heated exchange after that. We contacted 'Make My Trip customer care', who arranged another room, but it was very small. They also didn’t provide breakfast. It was a pathetic experience, and I’d strongly suggest never going here.

At midnight, staff came to our room asking for the keys. The bathroom was in a very unhygienic condition, and the staff were so rude they didn’t even know how to speak to us. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. I’d prefer that no one stay there.

There’s parking, and the place feels secure. It’s about 2 km away from ghar, but worth the distance. I can recommend it without hesitation.

The rooms smelled bad and were very dirty. Worst place, don’t go to this hotel.
