We spent 10 days here, and owner Mr Shailendra, an elderly gentleman, made us feel at home. The hotel helpers, Rajan and Arjun, were friendly and took good care of us.

The staff were very good, and the stay was clean and hygienic. A pleasant place to stay in Varanasi.

The ambience and inside of the hotel were okay, but otherwise it was a 6/10 experience. The staff were rude, and the sweet-talking person charged different amounts on different days depending on his mood. At checkout they rushed us out, claiming someone else had already checked it, which wasn’t true. There was no hot water, the AC in our booked AC room didn’t work, and even the TV was broken.

The rooms were quite clean, and the hotel had a warm, welcoming feel. The owner was very nice, and the receptionist was polite and helped us a lot with getting around the city. A must-stay.

The WiFi was painfully slow, and the room was extremely small. Food was poor quality and overpriced as well. The stay was frustrating and disappointing, and I’ll never come back. Definitely not recommended.
