The room and service were the worst. Staff weren’t attentive, no facilities were provided, and the charges were far too high for the room and what was on offer.

I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I booked online in advance, staff still asked me for extra money. The night receptionist and other staff were rude to guests and used offensive language. I’d suggest avoiding this hotel.

The rates were affordable and the location was good, though it’s about 3 km from Kashi temple. The staff seemed good at first, but after I checked out, they refused my request for lunch. The boy at reception said they don’t treat guests once they’ve checked out. I’ve never run into that at another hotel, and found it hard to believe a guest’s request would simply be ignored.
