Hotel Bliss Banaras

Kiran Tiwari and Risika Jaiswal, Ajay made the stay for me. They were courteous, attentive, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, well prepared, and had plenty of choices. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that felt relaxing, and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Bananas Bliss. I’d happily visit again and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, good food, and top-class hospitality.

The rooms were large enough, excellent, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The food was great too. My only issue was check-in. Before booking, I called reception to ask about arriving early, and was told it was possible, so I booked. But when I got there I had to wait until 12, and missed a few important meetings I’d scheduled that day. If you don’t have that kind of time constraint, you’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

The food was a real highlight, consistently flavorful and good quality. Staff were attentive and kept things running smoothly during my stay. Hotel Bliss Banaras has a grounded, unassuming feel that made it welcoming from check-in. I had a very pleasant stay, and it seems like a lovely option for a humble, comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The restaurant food was the best part for me. I loved the breakfast and the à la carte dinner, though I was disappointed by the buffet dinner. Everything is vegetarian, and the restaurant was neat and clean. The catering staff were prompt, and Miss Priya helped me find good local shopping for my family, especially Banarasi saree. Good work from her, the chef, and the whole canteen team. I was here on an official trip, and the location in maduadih, Varanasi is prominent, near Overbridge beside Banaras Railway station. They welcomed me with rudraksh. The rooms and service were very good, especially the newly installed warm water shower. The room had amenities like coffee, tea, and green tea, and the place had positive vibes.
