Avoid booking here. I booked through Oyo for 1.1k, but when I arrived at 11 pm on the day of my stay, they asked me for another 2k. They said they had no tie-up with Oyo. The low price offered through Oyo seems to bring people in, but it isn’t what you end up paying. Beware of these scammers.

The building looks new and the infrastructure is good, but service and maintenance were very poor. The floor in our room had wet patches in several spots, the AC and TV weren’t working, and we only got toiletries in the morning after specifically asking. The manager wasn’t courteous or welcoming at all, acting as if we were staying for free as a favor. After a long drive late at night, this was very disappointing. We’d arranged a late-night check-in when booking and called OYO to confirm, since we were worried the place might be hard to find. They said support was available 24*7, but when we called at 1 am, they gave us the property manager’s number and he didn’t pick up. We were stuck on the road for nearly an hour. Once we finally found the place, we had to knock for another 15-20 minutes before the manager woke up and opened the door.

I booked through the Oyo app for Rs 1103, from 23rd november 2019 12:00pm till 24th november 11:00Am. When I arrived late, at 11:45pm, with my wife and 2 yr old baby, the reception guy demanded Rs 1500 for the stay and said they had no tie-up with Oyo. I didn’t pay. I had to search for another hotel in wayand at midnight and found one. Please don’t pay these guys online or waste your money on their false promises and fake tariffs.

After I reached the hotel, the person there demanded 3000 and said my OYO booking wasn’t valid. Why does OYO take payment in advance and send a message confirming the booking? OYO has poor tie-ups and service, and no control over its hotels. Don’t trust them.
