Dust and trash were all over the shelves, corners, and behind the TV. The AC was coated in thick black dust, and the buckets and mugs in the bathroom were stained and looked oily or moldy. I didn't want to touch them. The sheets and pillows were rough, cheap-feeling, and didn't seem fresh or properly washed. The bed felt used, and I was uncomfortable closing my eyes in it. There were wires sticking out of holes in the walls, the cheap-looking cement board flooring was cracking, and the furniture was peeling apart. The whole place seemed to be holding together by luck and tape. This felt like a neglected storeroom, not a resort, and I can't imagine it had been cleaned properly in months. It was gross, uncomfortable, and unhygienic. Save your money and stay elsewhere. I wouldn't come back even for free.

I expected a better standard from Treebo. The breakfast wasn't good, and the room was small and poorly maintained. The bed was extremely hard, so I couldn't rest properly, while the old sheets and pillow covers didn't feel fresh. For the price, the stay wasn't worth it. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves things for future guests.

The room had a horrible, overwhelming musty, stale smell, and the dirty, unwashed sheets made a bad first impression. Towels were dirty, there were no toiletries or extras, and repeated requests for hot water went ignored. Basic hygiene was difficult. Breakfast was pathetic too, with very limited choices and not even bread or milk. The staff didn't help or resolve the problems when I raised them, and it felt like they didn't care about guests' comfort. I paid for a subpar, unpleasant stay at Treebo Regalia Inn. Don't book just to save a little money, whether you're on holiday or a business trip. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Strictly no.

We spent a night here with friends, and had a good stay. The rooms and service were good, and it works fine with or without family. A very good place to stay in waynad.

I've stayed here twice in three months, and the room was amazing again, with a balcony. The hotel is budget friendly, and nearby you can find food, drinks, shops, and even a bike rental place. The staff are polite and quick to help. Special thanks to the two staff members who were always smiling and happy to serve guests. Hope I get to visit again.
