Poor customer service, and they charged double for a room with only basic facilities.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They tried to charge us extra over the check-in time without having told us about that beforehand. We hadn’t booked online, we’d called the place directly. It’s not clean either. Don’t run a business by fooling people, and don’t claim during an argument that you told a customer something when you didn’t. I hope they clean the place up and review their customer service. Bad experience. In reply to their response, since Google has no reply option: You answered three months later! Yes, we were upset when you asked for extra money after we returned in the afternoon, without telling us in advance. We didn’t book online, and you hadn’t mentioned this at check-in. We hadn’t stayed that morning, and you had already turned off the electricity in our rooms. I’ve stayed in other hotels and received drinking water everywhere. Asking for basic things like cleanliness and water shouldn’t be treated as being rude or irritated. We filled in what we were asked to at check-in. The receptionist himself said there was no need to fill everything in, which made me doubtful from the start. I convinced myself it was only one night at a low price, but I guess that was a mistake. And what do you mean I threatened you with a bad Google review? I just shared my experience. It’s up to the public whether to believe it.

The AC worked, but the hygiene was awful. I had checked out in the morning, then plans changed and I booked the same room again for a later stay. Staff said it had been cleaned, but the food waste I’d left the previous day was still there, along with the towel I’d used and the same bedsheet. All they seemed to do was rearrange the bed and sweep. They don’t provide water either, you have to buy it separately. I wouldn’t recommend sleeping in that bed or using that towel. About the reply: the dirty towel and bedsheet were already there when I checked in the first day. I left at 9:30 and came back around 1:30, so there was plenty of time to clean. When I asked for the same room, the staff said it had been cleaned.

We used this small roadside lodge for an hour to bathe and freshen up, and paid 400rs. The bathroom inside the room was okay, and there was hot water. They take UPI payments through apps like google pay and phone pay. Overnight rates are 700 rs for a non AC room and 1300 rs for AC. Cleanliness could be better.
