Koder House Heritage Hotel & Spa

I had a great time here with old friends and felt very well looked after. The sitting area, library, and spa were all lovely. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and very clean, and the city property is beautiful. Everything is close by, including autos, the ferry, and cabs. From the owner to the staff, everyone was helpful, arranging everything from cabs to guided tours. A big thank you.

I went with a friend for a beer, and the hospitality was surprisingly bad. The place was empty, but staff were reluctant to serve us. They were very unfriendly. We had just one beer out of courtesy, and after we paid online, they still refused to give us a bill. It’s centrally located, but I wonder if they treat all customers this way or if it was because we were Indians.

I had a foot reflexology session at Koder house with Tsering Norbu, and it was excellent. He’s very skilled and professional, and clearly understands pressure points. His movements felt precise and intuitive. It was worth the money, and I could immediately feel some release, especially in my shoulders and around my eyes. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and really cared for. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully kept, and the staff were really helpful. Koder House is also in a great spot for exploring fort kochi. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
