Service was average. Don’t hire an outstation cab through the hotel, they charge way too much.

The view from the fourth-floor passage in the morning is worth seeing. The location is close to Red pepper and the shopping area, and the hotel has its own kitchen, so you can order food. They also provided a kettle when I asked for one in my standard double room. Good service.

The rooftop view is awesome 💯. The location, service, and rooms were okay, and the staff were friendly, but I had trouble with the food. The rooms weren’t well maintained and the bathrooms weren’t planned well either. It was an average experience last time; I hope it’s better next time.

At Lushai Inn on 16/08/24, we chose the family room, Room 404, for ₹3,500 after being offered it for ₹3,500, instead of a standard double room without an attached bathroom for ₹3,000 or the family room’s listed ₹3,800. It was shockingly tiny and unhygienic, with no basic item like a water bottle. The bed was covered in fungus, and the AC didn’t work. We had allergies and sneezed all night. Breakfast was pathetic, with just two choices: two slices of bread with an omelet or puri with sabji. They advertised a “valley view,” but the window looked onto an active construction site. We’ve had few hotel experiences this bad. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly recommend checking the rooms and facilities in person before booking.
