The staff made the stay for me. They were incredibly polite, cooperative, and helpful, and their attitude made up for a couple of small issues. My premium room was spacious and very nice, with a clean, well-kept washroom. It’s also very close to the railway station, which is a real plus. I highly recommend staying here. The location made getting around Varanasi easy, while the hotel itself stayed peaceful. I found the rooms comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping came regularly. Staff were polite and ready to help. Food was satisfying and good, though more variety and quicker service would improve dining. Parking needs attention. A larger, better parking area would help guests with their own cars, and the limited accommodation for drivers could also be improved, especially for families and groups. Hotel Price Diamond offers good value overall, with a pleasant atmosphere suited to short or longer stays. With those improvements, it could be an even better choice. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

The hotel is right on the main road, and we could easily find an auto early in the morning for Mandir. We drove there and had parking available. We stayed three nights in Feb'26 in a three-bedded room. It was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The rooms felt very new, and they even provided a mini fridge. Nice staff too. I really liked this place, one of the best hotels.
