The rooms were clean, the hygiene was maintained throughout, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast was arranged well and served properly. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and the manager was attentive and cooperative. We had a peaceful, comfortable stay at Treebo Om Shri. Sachin sir and Sushil sir, thank you. The management took good care of guests and had things properly arranged, which is becoming a rare archaeological discovery in hospitality. A good choice for families and travelers visiting Varanasi.

The hotel had no generator, so when the power went out at night, the whole place went dark and the rooms turned into heaters. The AC also kept shutting off every five minutes or so. The owner called the hotel very luxurious, but there was no concession when we booked. It felt like a waste of money.

The food was horrendous. They couldn’t get an order right, and my wife, in-laws, and I all got food poisoning. The hotel staff were helpful, though. The location is convenient if you’re traveling by train, and they let us extend our stay for a few hours until our train time. They also offered us medicine. Overall, the stay was only decent.

The hotel was clean, and the food and service were good, but my room was small, had no ventilation, and the bathroom was dirty. It’s far from the temples, so visiting places meant spending 400-500 rupees each time.
