Breakfast was excellent, with the usual South Indian dishes, pastries, pancakes, peanut butter, jams, and dosas and eggs made to order. The filter coffee was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We were two couples on a one-night stop during a tour of India. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Dove toiletries were nice, as was the hair dryer, and the shower’s sliding glass door kept water from splashing out.
The staff were so courteous and polite, and the food and service were excellent. Our room was very good and clean. A big thank you to the hotel and every member of staff. They made the trip much more fulfilling, and I’d give the hotel five stars.
Parking space is limited, but this was one of the best hotels in Kanchipuram. We stayed from 21 to 22 Feb 2026, and Ms. Hemalata at the front desk gave excellent customer service. She was friendly and always had a genuine smile. Her guidance led us to Hotel Shree Ramanaa's - Family Veg Restaurant, a short walk away, where we enjoyed tasty pure vegetarian food at a good price.
The room for three was really too small, and they could have been more mindful of that. The driver’s accommodation was decent. Hemalatha at the front desk was very helpful. After speaking with her, I felt sure we’d made the right choice, though we’d had a good stay at Madurai Regency and weren’t sure what to expect here. The breakfast buffet was good, and all the places we wanted to visit were very close. Taking an auto would work perfectly too.
Breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly, especially Anthony. The hotel is in a great, beautiful location, and we had a good stay overall. The room disappointed me, though. The bathroom needed a deeper clean, and the place is due for renovation.
