Their behavior toward my family was awful. They spoke to us in a very sexual tone, and seemed to have no idea how to treat customers. It was really low-class. I’d never tell anyone to go there.

The room had a really unpleasant smell, and there was no hot water available. Service was just as bad, with no proper response from the person at the office. I hope management takes steps to make the rooms more pleasant.

The room smelled bad because of the bathroom, which wasn’t clean. Honestly, even an Indian Railway bathroom is better than this room.

The service was awful, and the rooms were in very poor shape. They’re old, too. This doesn’t feel like an international hotel, or even a small city hotel. I’d say don’t go here.

The room was small, though the rate was affordable. The place is close to the Railway Station, with a fruit and vegetable market nearby and the wholesale market not far either.
