The food was delicious and had a good variety, and the location was convenient for travelers. We found the hotel clean and comfortable, with very friendly, helpful staff and outstanding service throughout the visit. I highly recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing stay and will definitely come again.

The hotel's location made for an easy, stress-free stay in Kannur. Our rooms were spacious and super clean, the staff were friendly and supportive, and the food was good. Much recommended.

The rooms were well appointed, but some things were inconsistent. Aircon and fridges worked in most, though not all, rooms, and hot water was available in most of them. Check-in and checkout were more chaotic than usual. We were told we could look at the swimming pool but couldn't swim in it. The driver's room was full of mosquitos.

The staff's excellent service really stood out. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and the restaurant team kindly served us breakfast 15 minutes early to fit our schedule. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference to our stay.
