Being opposite Kannur Railway Station, with the main bus stand a short walk away, made this a very convenient place for a short stay. Payyambalam Beach is also a quick ride away, and the central location saved time getting around. The rooms are spacious, the air-conditioning works well, and the beds were comfortable after a day of travel. It’s an older property, so some furniture and fixtures show their age, though things were generally well maintained. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. There can be minor maintenance issues now and then, but the polite staff respond and sort them out efficiently. A practical base for exploring Kannur or stopping over, with a comfortable setup for the price, even if it isn’t modern luxury.

We were four family members, and they provided an extra bed that was comfortable too. The rooms were clean, sanitized, and well maintained, and the hospitality was good. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Kannur Fort, the lighthouse, and Payyambalam Beach were just a few kilometres away. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Kannur.

Breakfast had a big selection, and everything tasted fresh. My room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. From check-in onward, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. I had a wonderful stay at hotel Rainbow suits and will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

I was comfortable during my one-night stay, and the hotel is close to the railway station. The room was tidy and spacious, but the electrical and plumbing areas need regular maintenance. The linen was clean, though a little stained. It would also be good to include a shaving kit and comb among the room amenities.

The room we got didn’t match what I saw in the Google Photos, and it wasn’t clean. The pillow was torn and muddy, and the bathroom shower was jammed and wouldn’t turn on. For the price listed online, this room wasn’t worth it.
