People providing the services were much more helpful than the front desk manager, who didn’t care to come look when the AC stopped working. The AC took a long time to cool and could stop working at any time. Rooms were average, with poor bathroom condition, and this didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. The high room price wasn’t worth it. I’d book somewhere else if possible. Don’t go by the reviews here: I suspect they may be fake or that people are being pushed to leave five stars.

The rooms were decent, but smaller and less elegant than the other reviews suggested. Our so-called luxurious room was very small, service wasn’t great, and the buffet was the worst I’ve had, with food that was only half cooked. We paid cash, but the same bill was added twice because the receptionist said it hadn’t been paid. Staff hadn’t told us to sign the bill, and we were charged for food we didn’t eat as well. This hotel doesn’t deserve a four-star rating.

I’ve stayed at Lords Inn jodhpur seven times, and the quality has been consistent across properties. It’s in a winning spot near PWD Circle, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast selection was more than enough.

The place seemed short-staffed and without enough qualified people. When we arrived, there was a dispute at reception. The receptionist chose to deal with the agitated person first, and we were left waiting without even being acknowledged.
