The hotel is around a 15-20 minute walk from Kadavanthara metro station, and autorickshaws are easy to find, usually for about ₹40. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where music plays in the evenings. It tends to stop around 11 pm or so, though I can't be sure because I fall asleep before then. I could hear it, but it didn't bother me or seem too loud. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. They can make hot omelettes and tea or coffee to order. There are also washing machines, a dryer, and irons for guests to use, which is handy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked having a choice of thick or thin pillows. The mattress was a little soft for some people's taste. I didn't mind it, but guests who prefer a firm mattress may want to check with the hotel team first. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and smiling, and always happy to help. Reception and room service were prompt, considerate, and helpful. Thanks to the Niko Hotels team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I'd gladly stay here again.

The staff really made the stay, from the front desk team to the restaurant chef. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, the shower pressure and WiFi were good, and I enjoyed the food too. I was happy I stayed here during my cycling trip. It's centrally located, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a bike shop nearby. Good value for what it is, and I'd stay again.

My stay was nice, thanks. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and it was better than I expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only real issue was the taxi price quoted at the front desk. It seemed way too high, and I confirmed that after calling other taxi companies.

The rooftop bar has stunning city views, and the central location makes it easy to explore. Rooms are spotless, the staff are attentive, and the place feels sleek and modern. Breakfast is included too, which adds value. A comfortable and convenient stay.

Niko hotels is a budget-friendly go-to, with clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Coming back to a tidy, organised, hygienic room after going out around Kochi felt really satisfying. Room service and reception were always quick to respond and helpful whenever we needed something. A special mention to Suma chechi and Ajeesh chetan for the warm, yummy breakfast every morning. Those hot-hot omelettes made our day even better. Thanks to Niko hotels and the lovely staff for making our stay such a good one.
