Saj Rest' inn

We picked the hotel because it was near the railway station, but the stay was terrible. We’d booked two rooms for four adults and two kids by phone, and the manager confirmed it. Then, at 9:30 pm, while we were on the train and new to the city, he called to say only one room was available. They could offer an extra bed, nothing more. Other hotels were full, so we had to carry on with the booking. When we arrived, we got an apology and an explanation that morning and night staff had miscommunicated and the rooms we reserved had been given away. The room we did get was dusty and dirty. Even though it was midnight, we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Two adults and two children slept on the bed, while the other two of us slept on the floor. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Management and communication were very poor, and the staff behaved badly. I don’t recommend this hotel.
