Star desert camp

The staff were good, but their professionalism was lacking, and the cultural programs were only so-so. The tents were unhygienic, the camp poorly maintained, and cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority. Basic amenities were missing too. Food options were limited, and what we had tasted poor and was below average. The stay didn't live up to the price or our expectations. I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable desert camp stay.

The dinner and breakfast were really tasty, and we enjoyed the jeep and camel rides we booked through them. We had a very good time at Star Resort, and the facilities were good too. Thanks to the team. You should visit once!

The food was average, though it still tasted good, and the night show was enjoyable, especially the fire show. Most of the stay had problems, though. We paid 8k per day for a Swiss luxury Tent, including Breakfast, Dinner, Jeep and Camel Safari, but the tent was very dirty and felt like a basic room. We had to ask several times for toiletries before they gave us towels and one very small soap. There was no hanger in the bathroom, spiders and a spider net inside it, slow room service, and hot water only in the early morning. Jeep Safari was very average. They dropped us at a specific spot in the desert, where an ATV ride cost 700 Rs. Per person for 5 min. The included Camle safari lasted only 10 min, and the guy asked us for more money to ride longer than the package included.

Don't trust the owner's photos and reviews alone. They showed us three kinds of camps after we complained, but every one was below average. Only 2-3 demo rooms seemed to be in good condition and were already booked. The other camps were very dirty, poorly maintained, and in a pathetic state. I can't recommend this property at its pricing.
