Collection O Hotel Day & Night

I had an electric shock when I tried to switch on the geyser, and there were no amenities available. The staff were the most illiterate I’ve come across, worse than an ordinary street vendor. I’m uploading photos, and they’ll show the condition for themselves. I left within a few hours, but Oyo hasn’t given me proper help with the refund. Be careful booking through Oyo. I’d tell people to avoid this place if they want to spare themselves and their family the harassment and bad treatment, and save their money.

The rooms don’t have proper locks, there’s no food service, and they’re short on staff. They also don’t provide water or clean the rooms, and used sheets and pillows aren’t replaced. It was a gross stay, one of my worst hotel experiences. If I could, I’d give it minus 50 stars.

The bathroom was filthy, worse than a free public toilet, and there was no water in it. I had to buy water from the shop in front of the hotel, if you know what I mean. During my stay, there was no electricity about 85% of the time. The sheets were dirty, the room was messy, and cockroaches were everywhere in abundance. The staff are rude and don’t listen. It’s not worth the price, since you can find a better hotel in that range. I’d rather stay on the street. NEVER GO THERE.

There was dust everywhere and stains on the carpet, so the room felt badly neglected. The broken window lock and dangerously loose handrail in the bathroom were even more concerning. Between those safety problems and the poor hygiene, I felt very unsettled during my stay.
