It’s close to IIT Kanpur, and Kalyanpur metro station is nearby too. My room was clean, though it wasn’t very spacious. The facilities were limited and the service was very poor, so the amount I paid didn’t feel worth it. I’d suggest improving those things.

The hotel manager, who I was told is called amit, was arrogant and behaved badly. Booking with fab hotel was a huge mistake, and I’m really upset. They also charged me an extra Rs. 700/-. I’m planning to take this to consumer court and post about it on social media so fab hotel takes action and stops blackmailing customers.

I wasted money on a booking, then arrived to find that no such hotel existed. I couldn’t get through to any customer executive either. This is the worst hotel, and they’re all fraud hotels, not fab hotels.

The rooms were okay, but upkeep needs work, and breakfast starts quite late.
