The hotel is new, and so is the staff. We had several issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. The evening lighting problem was the worst part. We were told it would be fixed in “the next 20 mins,” but it was still unresolved when we checked out that same day. I appreciate that they accommodated our early check-in, but what I paid for two deluxe AC rooms wasn’t worth it. I was traveling with family, including a senior member and a four-year-old, and the problems we faced are why I’m giving one star.

The room is very good for the price, and the hotel is very hygienic. It’s near saraswati chowk, with a lift available, and about 2km from the railway station. The service is excellent. Really appreciate it for what it costs.

A quiet place near the historical fort Killa, with affordable rates. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well sanitized, and the staff were decent and professional.

The rooms are good and hygienic, and the staff are cooperative. Room service is available, though the restaurant isn’t open. Parking is on the road. Worth the money overall.

Nice location, and the rooms and toilets were clean. We had a hot water issue during our two-day family stay. The rates also seemed too high for the services.
