Fabhotel Shree Pushpraj

FabHotels and its properties don't seem coordinated at all. I booked by phone through FabHotels, but when I arrived there was no room. I called the same number and they shifted me to another hotel, which also had no room. That hotel's manager eventually found a room for me at this Shree Pushpraj. It cost around 1,300 INR a day, from 12 noon to 11 AM the next day, and that was just for the room, no water, food, or other services. There were non-working electrical sockets, and the bed was filthy. The sheets, blanket, and pillow covers had hair, dirt and stains, plus cigarette ash and burn marks on the bed. The bathroom seat was dirty, there were no toiletries, and the towels smelled. A person in the next room got trapped after locking the bathroom door, so don't lock it. There was basically just a fancy shower panel. Bring your own worn clothes to dry off with. Just don't stay here, especially with family.

The room smelled awful, and there was no intercom to call reception, so you had to go out to ask for service or towels. The towels smelled too. They don't provide basics like drinking water or a dental kit. A really bad experience. Please don't book here if you're coming with family.

I had paid in advance for a confirmed booking from 28th June 24 to 30th June. When my family and I arrived on the night of the 28th, reception said they had no reservation for me and told me to go elsewhere. Fab hotel helpline didn't answer when I tried calling. I said I wasn't going anywhere and would call the police. In the end, they arranged a room at another hotel.

The rooms stink, the walls are cracked, and the washrooms are in terrible condition. The reception guy said they were no longer associated with Fabhotels, that the detachment formalities had already been processed, and that bookings had to be made directly with the hotel because Fabhotel bookings wouldn't be accepted. I think the reception guy is giving the hotel a really bad image.
