Hotel Bubbles by OYO Rooms

I came from Chennai to Jalandhar for four days of official work and had paid half the amount online before arriving. I reached around 11:30 PM on 13th Dec, and when I couldn’t find the exact location, I called the owner. He refused to let me stay, saying it was midnight and everyone was asleep, and that he wouldn’t come to assign a room. I explained that his employee should be at the hotel and asked where I was supposed to go, but he still told me to find somewhere else. Oyo listed it as open 24*7, which made the situation ridiculous. The hotel is also in a place where there’s no transport to catch at midnight. I’m very grateful to the auto driver who took me from Jalandhar bus stand to the hotel. He spent almost 2-3 hours going around with me to look for a nearby room, but we couldn’t find one. Eventually he found me a room in Jalandhar City itself, around 2:00 am. One of the worst experiences I’ve had, especially in my home state.
