The service was frustrating from the start. After travelling since 5:00 AM, I checked in at 12:00 PM, ordered breakfast because I was hungry, and waited almost an hour for it. The next day, I asked for 1 paratha and 1 grilled sandwich, but staff said I could only have one item unless I paid extra for the other. That was surprising. The rooms are extremely small for the price, and the washroom is so cramped it’s hard to move around. Furniture and wooden frame edges are very sharp, which could cause injuries, so I’d strongly advise against staying here with children. Don’t count on the online photos or ratings matching the actual experience. Not recommended.

I went to this hotel for lunch today. The food was overpriced and the quality didn’t meet the mark. To wash your hands, you have to go one floor down. They also wouldn’t accept online payment and wanted extra money for it. Customers aren’t treated with respect. There are many other restaurants, so I’d say avoid this place. From today on, it’s on the blacklist for many companies.

The rooms were clean and the staff were supportive. Hotel 7 Heaven is in a convenient spot near 80 Feet Road, Ashok Nagar, and Gumti. Had a good stay.

My food order took literally 1 hour and 28 minutes to arrive. Then the hotel staff argued that they had already told us this and that. They’re lying, even though I recorded it on my phone. Very poor service.
