Near the Court campus, the old building still has a great vibe, with large rooms and high ceilings. It was decent for one night. The hotel has cut back its staff and what it can do. The kitchen doesn't open until midday, and in the late evening only a small crew is on duty. The employees go about their routine work casually. Parking is on a busy main road, and when problems come up without management around, they get left unattended and neglected.

Cockroaches were crawling around the bed and bathroom at night, and the room smelled awful. The rooms were dirty, staff behaved badly, and nobody came to clean. When I complained, they argued instead of helping, and they wouldn't refund anything. Staying the night felt like a nightmare, with stress and arguments on top of the money spent. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Find somewhere else.

The room I got didn't match the photo I booked online. Parking was just by the roadside, and monkeys got into my car and damaged it, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. Staff were no help, and the stay wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The menu was good, affordable, and I really enjoyed the meal. Room service was good too, and housekeeping stayed on top of things. My room was one from a bulk booking and had a broken window letting air in, though, and they could've been more proactive about fixing it. The toilet could've been cleaner than it was.

The room was okay, but the AC and lights weren't working properly, and the hotel charged more than the amount shown on the apps. Really bad experience. I'd avoid it.
