10/10
The staff were polite, and several times their warm service made the stay more pleasant. Breakfast and the other food stood out, too. I found the hotel easy to get to, and the area felt safe even travelling alone. My room was clean, comfortable, and bright, with the basics already there, including AC, WiFi, and a clean washroom.

The service was pathetic. I ordered tandoori momos and got steamed ones, then my Vegetable Sizzler came out like fried rice. I'd give it zero stars.

I loved the food here, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff paid attention, and the amenities were top-notch. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
