OYO 24608 Sanjay Galaxy Premium

The food and service are good at Hotel Sanjay Galaxy. It's in Govind Nagar Kanpur, opposite Jai Sweet House near CTI chauraha. They have a party hall, and it's known as a place to stay and for marriage venues too.

They charge 250 rs for a coldrink that costs 85 rs. Really cheap behaviour. Please close this hotel.

The catering and food were the one part guests appreciated. Everything else made our special occasion a frustrating experience, and I can't recommend Sanjay Galaxy Premium for event services. We'd been promised changes to the stage decoration, then were told on the day they couldn't do them. The background lights kept going out during the function, disrupting the mood, and no one on staff seemed to notice or take responsibility. The DJ operator was unprofessional and didn't manage the music well, so the atmosphere never lifted. The DJ floor was flat plywood and felt very low quality for dancing. The team's commitments and execution fell well below an acceptable standard.

Right by a busy market, the hotel is handy for shopping, street food, and restaurants of all kinds. The rooms are clean and service is prompt, so it's a good place to stay.
