The bedsheets were old, the bucket was dirty, and the TV barely worked. Service was pathetic. As soon as you arrive, the boys carrying bags ask for a tip just for showing you to your room. The reception controls the AC and turns it off every hour, saying the room is cool enough.

We spent over six hours dealing with a power cut soon after entering. The rooms and bathrooms were in very bad shape, the Wi-Fi wasn't there, and nothing seemed to be in working order. It was an awful stay and a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family or even a solo stay.

We couldn't sleep until 1 am because the staff were talking loudly. I complained, but they ignored it. The staff were so unprofessional. Worst experience.

The bathroom was clean enough for three stars, but the stay fell short. There was no TV or mattress, and the facilities weren't what I expected from an OYO booking. I left disappointed.
