There was no response to calls or requests, and the staff weren't helpful. One servant, named "Rajesh or Rakesh," was especially unpleasant. When someone complained, a staff member said, "Jo complain karna hai kr lo". The room had no dustbin or doormat, and although there was a TV, no channels worked because the Tata sky account needed recharging. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, with lots of flies on them. The washroom was filthy and full of cigarettes and bidi. The service was poor, and I was really disappointed with this hotel.

Royal Crown was my first OYO stay, and it turned into my worst hotel experience. I stayed three nights. On the first day I left my key for cleaning, but the room hadn't been cleaned when I returned, and my sealed water bottles and towel were missing. The manager wasn't at reception, so I asked another man about my things. He said, "Ke kal room to clean hua hi nahi". When I asked about the towel, they called the cleaning staff, who told me, "Apka room khali pada tha aur apka towel galti se koi le aya tha". I won't book a hotel through OYO again.

The location is convenient and easy to reach, and the rooms were good, though they could be cleaner. Staff were supportive, but room service was so slow that we had to wait around 1.5 to 2 hours. It was a nice stay overall.

Garbage sat in the lobby all the time, and there wasn't any staff to clean it. The rooms were very dirty, there was no room service, and even after two calls they couldn't bring us a towel. It was the worst experience I've had in a hotel. I'd say don't stay here.
