AC rooms for under 2k are a real deal here. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Owner Mr Jaychandra and manager Jagdish were very helpful and listened to requests, whether about extending a stay or anything else. I had a very good stay.

My family, including a toddler, arrived during the busy holiday period and was left with nowhere to go. Although my Booking.com reservation for one night on 25th December had a confirmation number and required no prepayment before check-in, they refused to give us a room, saying everything was full. When I went to meet the owner, he was extremely rude, as if we were trying to stay for free. I plan to take further action, and recommend avoiding the harassment and last-minute cancellations. This property is also listed on Booking.com as Super O Hotel. I messaged them through the app and got no reply. I then contacted OYO for the manager's number and proactively asked him whether advance payment was needed. He didn't answer that question either. The property doesn't look like the quite old pictures, including the owner and manager who were very rude. The attached chat shows I asked about advance payment and got no response, before they denied the rooms on the booking date.

We booked two rooms on makemytrip for four people, two per room, but were refused check-in when we got there. They asked us to pay an extra 1000Rs per person for two people. The bathrooms were dirty and not maintained, and there was no lift. Make my trip gave us an extra two hours to check out, but the hotel didn't allow that either. The reception staff were arrogant and had no manners. Other tourists were having trouble at the counter too. I don't recommend it. Go at your own risk.

The room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Staff were nice and helpful, and they provided towels and toiletries. There was a safe parking area too. But the AC really does get turned off repeatedly, even while you're in the room. Some booking sites call it "Super Hotel O Kannyakumari," but that name isn't on the hotel sign or entrance, so it was hard to find. I located it from the photo and the matching location. They don't have a gym or provide breakfast, so please remove those from the online listing. Thanks 🙏🏻
