The toilets were unhygienic and uncomfortable to use, and the rooms weren't clean or anything like the pictures shown at booking. When we raised the problems, the staff were rude and unhelpful. We had booked multiple rooms in advance, but once we arrived they refused to give us some of them. It was extremely stressful, especially traveling with family. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I'd strongly advise others, especially families, to avoid this hotel.

Cockroaches everywhere and zero hygiene. They charged me 1500rs for a room worth just 100rs. Never ever go to this hotel, very worst.

The AC and TV don't work, and there's no hot water. Totally waste, mokka hotel. Don't come to this hotel.

The beach is 1.2kms away, about a 10-minute trip. The hotel has AC, two beds and two blankets, plus hot and cold water from its own solar geyser. There's also a separate terrace space for drying clothes. We found a 1000rs room, and rooms for 800rs were available too. The only difference was room size; otherwise it was totally comfortable. I thought it was the best hotel for the money.

I was woken in the middle of the night by big cockroaches crawling over me. When I turned on the light, three were flying around. I killed them and left them by the door so management would know about the pest problem. I also saw a couple more on the wash basin and toilet. I don't personally get scared of cockroaches, but this could easily freak other people out and it's a health concern. I took off two stars purely for that. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel. It's on the main road with a big parking lot. I walked in and bargained for a room at Rs 833 per night. The manager was very polite and receptive. They gave me drinking water in a jug and have laundry service. The room and bathroom were neat and clean; the bathroom had a shower and English toilet. There was also a wash basin and a 43" LED TV with full cable. Details: walk-in booking, single person, 18th Jan 2024. Blankets, soap, towel, and parking were available. Hot water and WiFi were not.
