Click Hotel

There were mosquitoes in my room, especially uncomfortable at night, and flies in the restaurant nearly every time I came for breakfast or dinner. That made eating less comfortable and raised hygiene concerns. The breakfast selection is limited, and its taste and freshness need work. At dinner, I got the same kind of vegetables on both days, so more variety would help. I hope management addresses the cleanliness, food quality, and menu options.

A few changes could improve the food area: use white plates and an SS jar for drinking water, and offer more breakfast options. In the room, the main lock needs attention, and there's an air gap at the door. The exhaust and bathroom light share one switch, which can make the room too cold or hot depending on the season. The water bottles should be sealed and standard so guests can trust the water quality and take one along if needed. White towels would be better too. I'm sharing these points to help with improvement.

The food was delicious, prepared well, and arrived on time. Special thanks to Reyaz, Dhruv and the whole team for their thoughtful hospitality and attention to quality. Their friendly service made meals memorable. I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Click Mundra. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had the essential amenities. The hotel delivered strong standards of cleanliness and service throughout.

The hara bhara kabab was so good, and all the food was delicious. The cozy, inviting atmosphere was just right for a party night. Riyaz was especially friendly, and the staff made the visit memorable. Service was top-notch. Definitely a place to visit, and I'll be back.
