Mango Village

Even with many guests around, the resort never felt crowded. We liked the open spaces, peaceful atmosphere, and mix of nature and activities. The large mango orchard has lovely greenery and views, and we enjoyed cycling around, relaxing by the pool, and exploring the farm areas. It’s a calm, refreshing place near Seetharkundu Waterfalls. Our group had an excellent stay at Mango Village Resort in Palakkad, Kerala. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We enjoyed the delicious food, with its authentic Kerala flavors and good variety, and found the staff friendly, professional, and helpful. A great nature getaway for a weekend with friends or a group outing. We’d recommend Mango Village Resort for family vacations, group tours, corporate outings, and friends’ trips in Kerala. It offers a lovely eco-friendly stay, good hospitality, beautiful scenery, and excellent value.

Our kids had a great time cycling, boating, and making use of the open space, while we enjoyed the fresh air and quiet. The resort felt safe, spacious, and suited to families with children. We stayed in a clean, well-maintained suite with plenty of room for all of us, and the green view from it made the evenings especially pleasant. The food was fresh, homely, and suitable for both children and older family members. Surrounded by nature, the place is a calm choice for families, couples, or anyone wanting a quiet getaway rather than a noisy, crowded one. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would love to come back.

Swings and hammocks were set out just right for lounging in the evening, and everyone working there made sure we were looked after. I visited at the end of May and would definitely return in peak season. Mango Village was exactly the kind of getaway I wanted in Kollengode, with mango trees and coconut groves all around and a scenic pool facing the Nelliampathy hills. The room was spotless and nicely balanced, neither overly posh nor cheap, and the pool was kept clean.

The kids had plenty to do and could play safely in the open spaces, so we parents could actually relax. There’s a calm, green atmosphere here that works well for both children and adults, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the tasty, homely food, which suited all ages, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help with a smile. This was one of our most memorable family trips, a peaceful chance to spend time together away from city life. We’ll definitely visit again! ❤️
