The food was very good and the service was good too, but the room itself was a really bad experience. The double room didn’t feel worth the price, the furniture was cheap, and the AC in room no 104 wasn’t working properly. Please replace the AC and the washroom hardware.

I’d been travelling for two days and was worried when I learned check-in was at 10 am, since I arrived at 7. They let me check in at 7 am, which was such a relief. The hospitality was up to the mark.

The restaurant’s Thali is a must-try. I stayed for 3 days, and the rooms were available at affordable prices.

I only chose this hotel because the others in the area were fully occupied. My experience was very bad: the washroom felt very small and, to me, wasn’t clean. The beds were small, and the bedsheet was torn and not clean enough. The person at reception also didn’t have enough patience when talking.

A cab service is available if you need to get to work or another destination, though the restaurant has limited operating hours. The food there is good, and the staff provide great service. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel for a work stay in Mudra, with neat, clean washrooms.
