The property is kept in good condition, but the food was only average, with few choices and nothing that really stood out. Compared with other Fern properties, the staff need to improve their knowledge and professionalism.

The restaurant was a highlight, with good food and service. Karina was especially lovely, always smiling and giving fantastic service. At reception, Gulnaz was very friendly and helpful too. The rooms were clean, and the shower had fantastic hot water. For a stay in Mundra, this is the best place I’ve found in Kutch. Highly recommended.

The general staff were pleasant and hardworking, but my experience was badly affected by the senior management’s conduct. I had to deal directly with senior managers, and instead of handling my concerns with the problem-solving and diplomacy expected in hospitality, they were dismissive, arrogant, and frankly rude. They ignored my concerns and even belittled them. Their tone and body language showed impatience and disrespect toward me as a paying customer. The facility itself wasn’t the problem.
